As a matter of fact, Pres. Obama visiting a inner city Catholic school would give an interesting message.

Hysterical. This right-wing pundit McGurn complains in the WSJ that Obama doesn't point out that he went to a Catholic school. Except that in his autobiography he writes: "I went to a Catholic school in a Muslim country, so I was studying the Bible and catechisms by day, and, at night, you'd hear the Muslim prayer call..."
The rightosphere spent the entire campaign trying to portray Obama as attending a madrassa in Indonesia. Obama was the crypto-muslim Weather Undergrounder, the mystery man about whom we know nothing (despite his two volumes of autobiography, record number of election debate appearances, megabytes of web postings, press conferences, etc etc). For the right, Obama must always be portrayed only as a blank slate upon whom the duped populace projects their feeble wishes.
